Please fill out the electronic intake form in advance of your session (link included with your appointment confirmation email). This provides the therapist the opportunity to adequately prepare for your session before the scheduled start time. If need be, you may also arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the form in our office.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any canceled appointment. This allows us enough time to effectively offer that session to someone else. You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service should you cancel or need to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. You will be charged 100% of the service should you cancel the same-day or no-show. These fees will be waived if you are able to send someone in your place, and they assume the cost of the appointment.
Should unavoidable circumstances cause lateness, please inform us so that accommodations can be made. If we have not heard from you 10 minutes after your appointed start time, we will send out a courtesy call or text. If you are on your way, you have the option to receive the remainder of your appointment at the full cost, provided there is sufficient time remaining upon your arrival. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so it is difficult to exceed that reserved time without making the next client late.
If we do not hear from you, you will be charged 100% of the missed service. We reserve the right to refuse future appointments based on recurring late cancellations or no-shows.
